These Terms of Service govern your use of mike-rv-roadside-care.lovable.app and the services provided by Mikes Mobile RV, a DBA of EyeNet Connect LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide mobile and in-shop recreational vehicle repair, Apex Armor spray-on coating, and RV towing dispatch. Mobile service is available within 50 miles from Dillsburg, PA. Towing and scheduled mobile service extend into Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, and Virginia. Availability depends on location, weather, access, and scheduling.

Estimates, work authorization, and payment

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on visible conditions. Water damage and roof work frequently reveal additional damage once opened. If the scope changes, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. Diagnostic and trip charges may apply.

Appointments and cancellations

Mobile appointments depend on access to the vehicle and on safe working conditions. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may need to reschedule for weather, especially for roof work and coating.

Warranty and limitation of liability

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated on your invoice. Parts carry only the manufacturer's warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or trip interruption.

Program description

Mikes Mobile RV sends service updates, appointment confirmations, quotes, dispatch notifications, and — with separate consent — promotional offers and maintenance reminders.

How to opt in

You may opt in by submitting a form on mike-rv-roadside-care.lovable.app with the SMS consent box checked, by providing your number over the phone, or by texting the business directly. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service request; typically fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Mikes Mobile RV does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
